High-End Artisanal
Bush Princess is a contemporary accessories brand built on Kenyan craftsmanship. Every piece is made by hand with artisans in Kenya, and the site is where people discover it, so it has to carry a lot on its own. I was brought in to rebuild it, along with the brand system running underneath.

Context
Everything they sell comes with a real story behind it, the craft, the people, the place it's made. But the site had been built page by page over several years, the photography pulled in every direction, and none of that came through.
Approach
I started with the structure, rebuilding the architecture and the template logic so every page had a clear job to do.
Then I set a visual temperature and a framing system for the photography, which is what finally made everything look like it came from the same brand.
Since the brand doesn't only live online, I carried the same system into print.
Outcome
Eleven months later, revenue is up 21%, average order value up 30%, and they're selling 31% more products. The route from browsing to buying is obvious now, and the site is solid enough to keep building on.
